I attended my first yoga class six years ago in my hometown of Columbus, Ohio. In the midst of trying to finish college and work part time, my practice was important but, at best inconsistent. After graduating, I moved to Charlotte to begin my career. Working life got the best of me and I quickly lost my practice.

One year ago, in an effort to calm anxiety and relieve stress, I sought out a special place and I found Yoga One. I jumped in head first and have not looked back. My practice has progressed and so has my personal transformation. The result is a beautiful balance of strength and calm. I am so grateful for everything I have been able to give to and receive from Yoga One! Namaste to all.
