Peaceful Warrior Bootcamp with Christine Navarro

The Peaceful Warrior
There is a long tradition of the Peaceful Warrior - the zenlike archetype that resides within each of us. Chances are, if you are a yoga practitioner, you've had the experience of being in the 'zone' where you aren't 'doing' the pose, the pose is 'doing' YOU - and THAT'S the experience we're looking for in this workshop. In Taoism the concept is called 'wu-wei', or, 'non-doing'. It's effortless precision, or grace under pressure.
In ancient times, it wasn't enough for a samurai to only fight - they also had to learn poetry, medicine, calligraphy. It was these other diligences that gave them the clarity to fight with a calm mind and an open heart. To only use force when absolutely necessary.
In this workshop, we'll explore how everything you do is related - how your hobbies, your interests, your yoga, all help you keep fighting the good fight that is your LIFE!
Bring a journal, bring your mat, and be ready to sweat out any doubt that you ARE a spiritual warrior on the path to enlightenment.
