We offer a wide range of classes and workshops for all levels and ages designed to uplift your spirit and strengthen your body. The ultimate goal of every class is to challenge and expand your vision of what is possible. We also regularly schedule speakers to enrich our community’s knowledge of yoga and related areas like meditation, nutrition, and a variety of other relevant topics.
All classes are hot yoga.
We encourage everyone to arrive early for class, especially new students. Accordingly, please allow ample time to park, sign in and prepare for class without rushing. Returning students may enter up to 5 minutes after class has started. Please read our newly updated "Yoga Etiquette" for more guidance and studio policies. All Levels Vinyasa Yoga: As YogaOne’s signature class, this flow system of yoga will challenge and flow from one pose to the next in a logical and building way. Our All Levels Vinyasa Class will heal, detoxify and electrify your body and mind at the deepest levels. Classes held for 60, 90 or 120 minutes. All levels welcome. Intermediate Vinyasa Yoga:
It is recommended that all students attending this class have taken at least 20 classes at Yoga One. This practice includes in-depth detail of advanced anatomical aspects of the poses, longer holds, and moving into headstand, side crow, backbends, and other surprises.
Deep Stretch:
Spend 3 to 7 minutes at a time in relaxed stretches on the floor, targeting tight hips, hamstrings, and shoulders. A great way to wind down and end your week, as well as a great follow-up to the Intermediate class!
Power Basics: Our standard flow class with emphasis on the foundational postures, deepening the student's knowledge of alignment, physical condition and spirit. Breakthrough Basics: For beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. Focus is on alignment, technique and learning the process of vinyasa flow. This series repeats every seven weeks! Complete all seven weeks and receive a 3-Class Gift Card!

These classes follow the same format as our All Level Classes. We established these classes as as a way to make exceptional yoga available to students of all economic levels.
